We did the hardwired method for this lamp. While screwing everything back together to install it the wires became pinched by the design of the fixture causing them to spark and burn out as soon as the power was turned on. Once this was realized a small alteration was done to assure the wires the space they needed to the replacement fixture and all is well. I enjoy the light and it was just what we needed for the corner of the kitchen that was a little dark. I don’t really understand the comments about it not being bright enough. I tried a few bulbs before settling with a nice warm tone but the day light bulbs were extremely bright. With the new LED bulbs these days you can find whatever brightness and color you choose so not being bright enough isn’t this fixtures fault.

The quality was great! I was a bit worried about not being able to find a bulb but it was mo problem. Home depot has them. They have to be the narrow long bulb in order for it to fit. We put the light in the hallway and it lights it up nicely.
Great purchase even tho the lights were a bit larger than I expected. Still loved the overall bathroom remodel.
Looks more expensive than it is. I need better bulbs but it is dimmable and beautiful . Looks great with but doesn’t match exactly delta champagne bronze
