We purchased this light fixture for our shed. We love the rustic look! Our contractor installed it. He had no trouble. We then purchased a dusk to dawn motion sensor lightbulb for it. Everything works perfectly!
More than I expected.
I didn't realize the wall this needed to go on was concrete so I personally couldn't install it. I sent it back with a lot of regrets wishing I could keep it. I looked at so many but fell in love with this one. I may purchase it again and simple attach it to my very large, thick wooden headboard. Definitely would be worth it!

Quick install but copper finish was darker than expected (closer to black). The shade extends to bottom of bulb so stray light is controlled.
I love this barn light. I have a mid century house and it fits perfectly. Actually the one I bought is on the porch, but I'm buying another to put over my garage.

The light is really nice.
I wanted something that was downfacing as I have installed it in my cabin out in the woods. Too many others would expose a ton of the bare bulb, which just absolutely destroys your night vision. This one covers most of the bulb quite well, and provides nice light on my porch and parking area. It really makes a difference....Now I am unique in that I converted it to run on 12v DC power (I live off the grid), but put a 12v LED edison style LED bulb in there and it works great!Quality seems good, and it is attractive in place. So far love it!
