We love the light. It is a traditional drum shade pendant with a cone A shaped shade. It is true white and black in finish. It is packaged well and allows for much adjustability with the provided down rods. It has great instructions and is a perfect size for a kitchen or smaller dining room. The 16” shade diameter is perfect for a kitchen table at 42-48” which is what we have in the picture. The only issue we have is our wire was so short that it only allowed for us to hang it at a shorter length which isn’t the right length for us. We had no choice. So it’s pretty and hung up, but at the wrong length. We needed more wire to add another down rod for length so that is very disappointing. The rule of thumb is to have your pendant hang Btwn 32-36” from the table top to the bottom of the shade. Ours is way more. It also didn’t come with a diffuser at the base opening of the shade. So when you look up from the table, you can see the 3 bulbs underneath with the sockets. I don’t love that. It should have a nice diffuser so it diffuses the light and covers the bulbs. Bulbs are not included, you would need 3 at 60watt -100 max I believe (think it’s listed) We have A19 (shape/size) warm white 2700K clear bulbs which we love and allows for a gentle ambiance yet you can see. I do wish it came with the appropriate wire length to be able to use the adjustable down rods for added length and the diffuser, so we could have the length we originally wanted. Now it looks more like a semi flush then a pendant. Other then that it’s a great piece. Easy to install and looks pretty. It’s very reminiscent of the “16” “Conical” from Rejuvenation. It’s not brass, but it gives you a very similar look for a fraction of the price.
This cone pendant light fixture is both retro and modern. Very clean with black metal frame outside of the white linen cone drum shade. Gives it a clean look in classic shape. Pretty big so have a presence as well.Installation is easy since this is light weight. Just need to get 3 E26 base bulbs as none are included as usual. There are 4 hanging rods of different lengths so can be combined to find the right length.Price is good for a good sized light in this style. We like this a lot.
