However, turning these lights into mood lighting maestros would require me to buy dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmable switch. Therefore, I went the simple route, popped in the E12 60W bulbs, and let my bathroom lights shine, and I like them since they bring that touch of modern charm without blinding me with their brilliance.
I really like this milky spherical glass shade for the bathroom; it's especially sleep-friendly for light sleepers. I used to struggle with the direct light from the wall lamp in the bathroom, disrupting my sleep. These glass shades are fully dimmable if used bulbs with compatible dimmer switch, and the light emitted from this spherical glass shade is exceptionally soft. I don't find it glaring at all when I use the bathroom at night. I've paired warm-toned bulbs with these two spherical glass shades, making them look like two moons. These light fixtures are solid, and stylish at the same time. They are both made of strong metal, and once installed, they were solid and very sturdy. They turned the bathroom up a few notches in style! It's a HUGE upgrade from the cheapo stuff the builder initially installed.
