Very happy with this purchase
I was really on the fence about purchasing these pretty little globe sconces simply based on reviews. It seemed the reviews when I was looking, were evenly positive and negative. Thanks to Amazon’s return policy, I went ahead and purchased them. So glad I did!!! We installed them in the bathroom of our camper. I did not assemble them until the bases were hard wired in and mounted to the wall. Keeping in mind the reviews, I made sure to handle the globes gently so they didn’t break. Removing them to place the proper bulbs for our camper was very easy as well. I had no problem unscrewing the globe from the base. The sconces went up nicely, appear to be straight, and we had no problems trying to place light bulbs in the globes. The gold or brass tone pops nicely against the black wall—it’s just beautiful!! I can see how it would be easy to cross-thread the globe if you’re not careful, but it just takes a little patience and common sense (no offense to anyone, I just know how these projects can frustrate people). We’re two months in with these pretty little things and so far we have been happy.
These lights are very nice, just make sure to look at the globe opening for the bulb you want to use. We used very small light bulbs and sill had to remove the bezel to get the bulb in.
Beautiful sconce! Love the design. It’s a perfect addition to my mid century modern style home. Be very careful unscrewing the glass, as others have said it can get stuck easily. But if you’re careful you won’t have an issue :) It doesn’t come with a bulb, so you can choose the lighting you prefer. I only use my lights in the evening so I went with a soft warm bulb and that works for me. I purchased three for my bedrooms and intend to purchase more for other areas of the house! I do wish it were dimmable, but it works for what I need. I had an electrician install & it was easy for him to work with. Gold is more of a vintage, warm brass. Love them.
The media could not be loaded. It looks amazing on the bathroom but once we needed to change the light bulb, impossible to unscrew and detached from the base!

We have gone through numerous bulbs and cannot fine ones that actually fit. We've found skinny ones that the globe actually fit over, but were to tall. Then any other we tried was too wide and the globe wouldn't fit at all.This is a beautiful sconce. But seemingly, not worth the hassle of even finding a bulb to fit. I don't know if our sconces are different, or what, because we even bought the bulbs that were recommended by other buyers and they do not work. We're going to give it one more go, but if we can't find proper bulbs, we will be returning these sconces. Such a bummer.

We got these in August and finally got around to installing this weekend. The color is a little more orange-y than standard brass, which I liked, and they seemed to be quality-made in terms of hardware and finish. Installation was pretty straight-forward, but things I wish I'd known: The two screws for installing the fixture to the plate were too long, and when I got a shorter screw, I found that the threading was metric, not the typical 8-32, so the brass nut didn't fit. Also, the globes are designed to thread onto the fixture, but the threads were mismatched! So now the globes are sitting on the fixture, held in place by the length of the light socket.
Update- The seller had great customer service and sent new lights out immediately. The lights are beautiful and I have no issuesWe just had an electrician install these sconces and neither of the globes will thread! Very frustrating!
One globe screws onto the Fixture as intended. The other one just sits there perched precariously until someone bumps into it and it falls to the floor.
Does this wall sconce have a switch on the plate that can be used to operate the sconce?
Hello. Thanks for your question. There is no switch on the backplate to operate the sconce. Only the plug-in wall lights have an on/off switch on the backplate.
The quality was great! I was a bit worried about not being able to find a bulb but it was mo problem. Home depot has them. They have to be the narrow long bulb in order for it to fit. We put the light in the hallway and it lights it up nicely.
Great purchase even tho the lights were a bit larger than I expected. Still loved the overall bathroom remodel.
Looks more expensive than it is. I need better bulbs but it is dimmable and beautiful . Looks great with but doesn’t match exactly delta champagne bronze
