While I was hesitant on putting this outside, I went ahead and did it. It was really easy to install but this was because I had a previous existing light where I installed this. I had constructed an outdoor bar area and the light that was there did not match our theme. This rattan goes perfectly with our tropical look and I absolutely love it. The light itself is not in any direct sunlight and if it were to rain, it would not hit the rattan at all. This can get a little dusty but I found that just using a regular duster helps get this clean. I make sure to spray our bar area with outdoor bug spray and even with this getting on the rattan, it doesn't damage it like I thought it might. Really great quality and looks amazing outside.
This is a really cute boho rattan hanging lamp. I like that it plugs in and I don't need an electrician to install it. It comes with the hardware to hang it up but I wish it came with a light bulb.
