This is a review of the 7 and 10” Holkirt lights that I use in our kitchen and bar areas.Pros: These Holkirt lights have an attractive and unique design. They are well-made and easy to install without the need for a professional. They are also dimmable, which is nice if you are sensitive to bright light. The globes themselves are glass and give off an attractive, soft light.Opportunities: The one challenge I ran into with these was with the smaller one (7”) in particular, that your standard light will not fit through the globe. I eventually had to get a pack of these narrow lightbulbs that are 2-3 inches long and have a larger metal screw-in part. That whole thing took multiple instances of trial and error to find the right bulbs. I went with a T10 LED frosted bulb, dimmable 40W 2700K soft warm.Overall: These are nice fixtures that will make your kitchen or bar area look great.
