The light fixture arrived very well packaged. The crystals are not attached to the fixture and need to be attached individually with small hooks. Gloves are included so you can handle them without leaving fingerprints. Took a little extra time to install but pleased with the end result. Looks lovely in our living room. We used 3 bulbs (not 5) plenty bright with just 3 bulbs.
