It was our first time installing a new fixture in our new home and it was fairly easy after we watched a couple of videos. The light did have a lot of tiny pieces of styrofoam stuck on and in it, but we were able to clean it off and use a small handheld vacuum attachment to get it all out of the inside pointe. Overall the light is exactly what I wanted and I love how it looks!

We bought the 20 inch for our entry way. I love how beautiful it is, I can see it from my spot on the couch. I wish they offered a bigger size, but this will do.
This a a beautiful high quality fixture. Must have 2 people to install. One to hold the fixture and the other to install. Simply gorgeous as others have stated and the price is much lower than lamp stores and lamp websites. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love it. Changes our kitchen vibe so much and it's beautiful! Glass seems fragile but once it's up and you put the light bulb in, no issues! We're obsessed.
I think it was a little over priced, but my hubby liked it and it looks good. The first one came broken, but they replaced it and the second one was good.
Beautiful lamp, BUT the 20 inch lamp I ordered was more like 16 inches. The box it came in wasn't 20 inches, it was 18 x18 inches and the model number was different as well than what was stated on Amazon. No customer service number.....so sent it back. Will try one more time. Update - got the correct one this time and it is perfect. Well made and packaged well. Love it!
The media could not be loaded. The most beautiful light fixture ( work of art) I’ve ever owned. Perfect for my 1910 built home. It’s heavy, gonna need two ppl to install, no problem. Even my hubs said “wow”! HappyHappy!
No parts in the box after I hired an electrician
We bought this to replace our entry way light. It was pretty easy to swap out and it looks great.
20": Had my husband install this light on the front porch of our log home. I wasn't sure about size. Originally bought the 16 inch but it seemed like it didn't take up enough of the space. Put that one in my greenhouse and bought this larger one. It is PERFECT. Used a white light bulb at first, but it made the light look like it had frosted glass. Purchased clear Edison style bulb and it gives off a warm glow. I would buy this again and again.16": Greenhouse pictures. Beautiful!!
Looks amazing! Used a soft white edison bulb and updated the switch to a dimmer. It is just beautiful at night. Only downside and I didn't ding on the starts is I wished the cord was longer then it was. I would like it to hang another foot longer in my foyer. Still happy with the result!
I bought this as a gift for my daughter. It looks lovely in her home and was simple to install. It was a bit larger in person and due to size, she wasn’t able to hang it as low as she envisioned but it looks fabulous anyway.
