Looks so pretty and high quality. But it took nearly an hour to get the light bulbs in. Whoever put it together twisted the pins so tight, there was no way to remove the necessary crystals to insert the bulbs. I have tiny hands. Anyone with normal adult hands will never get it done. Ultimately I had to cut the pins and use new ones. I can’t even image what a pain this will be if I’m trying to do it while installed and not sitting on a table. Looks - awesome! Failure to have the bulbs reinstalled or an easier way to install them - zero. If the bulbs had been inserted before it was fully put together, it would have taken 10 seconds. Or if they had just bent the pins instead of twisting them together it would have been a breeze. I love the look but what a nightmare!
