Beautiful light, packaged well and confused about why the shade inside was dented right out of the packageI was super happy when I opened it to find that it was already put together.... crazy right!! When I unwrapped it the first thing I noticed with the dents in the shade. Damn! Wth! Had to be done before it was put in the box because it was packaged pretty good. I will see if there is anything I can do to take the dents out without messing up the shade. I will be letting customer service about it tomorrow!
The light is over a kitchen table and looks amazing. It is very sturdy and a great buy for the price.
Excellent quality and easy to install
We love our new kitchen chandelier/light fixture. It is definitely simple but adds elegance to our kitchen dining area. The shade is a linen look which coordinates perfectly with our dining area chairs and draperies.
I am very happy with this light fixture. You never really know what you're getting when you buy online but this is a high quality light that fits my family room decor perfectly. I would certainly buy it again. I took a picture but didn't post it because it just doesn't do it justice. You have to see it in person to fully appreciate it.
I love the lamp. Bought two, one for the dining room and the other for the kitchen. First one installed is great. Second one looks like it was used and I didn’t order a used lamp. The cross bars are loose so the brackets that hold the wood aren’t tight enough. There are decorative tacks on the brackets that push into the wood ring to keep it from spinning. We found the tacks loose in the box and multiple holes in the wood ring which looks like someone tried many times to make this lamp fit together. It never will because the cross bars aren’t seated into the center correctly. Of course it is beyond the 30 days. I bought them a while back in anticipation of a remodel because I didn’t want to miss out on them…only to find this yesterday when we unboxed them. Really disappointed.

I wish the wood was darker but it looks great. Only issue in hanging was the height of the junction box 12 feet; borrowed a 12' a-frame from a friend.
The only thing disappointing about this light fixture is that the wood is much lighter than appears in the ad. However the lighting ficture works so perfectly in my foyer that we definitely plan on keeping it. And because of the way it's put together it would be very easy to stain the wood darker if I decide I can't live with it the lighter color.
I really like the light although I am really disappointed the wood ring doesn’t match the pictures. It looks almost like white oak.
Our old dining room light put out a pathetically sad amount of light. It was also in the wrong location, so we needed something swaggable. This light is a perfect solution. It's attractive, well made an sturdy, and easy to install. I had the old one down and new one in place in about 15 minutes, including mounting the swag hook (separate purchase). With four bulbs, this light puts out lots of light. We have it on a dimmer switch, and it works well--just be sure to buy dimmable LEDs. Love it!
Love the look of this fixture and the perfect amount of light it emits. However, it doesn’t hang level on 2 sides and we couldn’t make it level no matter what we did. It was not worth the trouble of taking it down to return it, after paying someone to install it.

Needed an update swag in my dining room. The perfect answer. Easy to assemble and install. Looks great, good light, really brightens up the room and its LED.
I love this chandelier. I was worried it would look cheap when it arrived because the price is so good. This chandelier looks exactly like the one I almost purchased for triple the price. It is a great quality and looks beautiful in my room.
Very cute light and looks as described. I’m giving it 4 stars because it doesn’t hang level and the decorative tacks on the sides - 1 had fallen out completely and 1 was sticking out partially. I was able to easily fix both.
