The swanky cool light fixture is not only beautiful but also provides ample lighting for the entire room (looks amazing if you have a large open floor plan area). The gold finish adds a touch of elegance to my home decor and the sputnik design gives it a modern look. The installation was fairly easy and all the necessary hardware was included. I'd suggest having help with this one but if you're crafty you could probably swing it by yourself. Best feature - mixes retro with modern in the best ways possible!
I loved this chandelier! Its modern design matches the mid-century decoration I have at my home. The size is ideal for a flush mounted light, considering it’s not small. It took around 40 minutes for my husband to assemble the rods and prepare the electrical setup - it was not difficult for him. The attached pictures show the chandelier before installation, considering I would like to highlight its nice satin brass material that match other fixtures I have at my home. This was a good purchase and I recommend it.
Looks great! Is a bit tricky to install. Lots of wires to tie and cap together, instructions are trash. You have to add the grounding cord underneath one set of cords which isn’t shown anywhere
This light came very well packaged with all the pieces wrapped in plastic and nestled in Styrofoam. So I received everything in excellent condition. The entire package was fairly light weight. However, I am very pleased to say that the contents are sturdy and metal. The assembly was pretty straightforward and took only a matter of 20 to 30 minutes from start to finish. After the light was assembled, it is very easy to mount onto the ceiling with some basic DIY electrical know how. It came with all of the mounting hardware. And because it is not extremely heavy, it didn’t require any additional brackets or support underneath my ceiling. The mounting plate, and the light itself is metal. The metal pieces are beautiful satin brass. They are not a harsh gold. The finish is very elegant and looks like it came from a designer lighting store. The end product is right on trend with the resurgence of a mid century modern look to many of the interiors. However, this design could definitely cross over into a farmhouse, look or even industrial with the exposed lightbulbs. The expose lightbulbs and understated design, make this extremely easy to dust, clean, and replace lightbulbs as necessary.
