This lamp is good for the landing at the top of our basement steps. It is a small space, so it lights up well. Installation was simple with the included hardware. The light is a very bright white, which is good for the steps so I can see, but I am not sure I would want this in an area where I lounge, as a warmer temperature would be much better on the eye. It is solid plastic and has a lower profile than our old incandescent lamp. Overall, it seems like a good buy for the price.

Don't go based on picture to imagine the size. Exactly what I wanted because I measured the size in a description. But pictures are way too misleading so 3 star it is
Nice quality Ceiling light the plastic that it’s made out of is heavy duty plastic with no sharp edges , it doesn’t look or feel cheap and it comes with easy to installed instructions . 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
This light is best for a small space like a hallway, or in our case, a walk-in closet. Installation was easy with the supplied hardware. The light is very white (4000k) and give nice crisp detail but I wouldn't put this fixture in a living area as something around 3000K is much more pleasing to the eye.
Beautiful light for my kids room - easy to install and looks great.
This is a typical install that almost anyone can manage. For me, the light switch was off and I went from there. It took me longer to remove the ugly old light that it did to install this one. It is bright for its size but given that fact it has a small diameter, it is best for smaller rooms like maybe a bathroom or walk-in closet, for example. It would work in a bedroom but for a room that size, a pair would be better. As installed here, it work great.
