Really fun light fixture, which I installed in my kitchen. Puts off plenty of light. My only qualm is that the finish has an unnatural brass tone, often throwing a slight pink tint. I eventually hope to tone it down with rub-n-buff.

We weren’t sure about this fixture when we first opened the box. It looks like brass in photos but is more of a painted plastic. However… that made it light and rather simple to install and once up really looks great in our kitchen and provides a ton of great light. We’re very happy with it.

I really love the mid-century modern look of this light fixture. The gold is a little darker than the popular champagne gold right now. It definitely is more old school brass. But it does fit that mid-century modern vibe. It does lean a little more vintage with this particular gold color. The assembly was fairly straightforward, but the instructions are a little confusing. But it is worth it cuz it does give a nice clean, finished look without exposed screws. Installation is straightforward. It is quite bright given the five bulbs. For a flush mount fixture with this much style and lighting I would say it's a great value.
Vine reviewer here giving you my honest hands-on review and inspection of the product you are considering. This light is gorgeous. It's high quality and fairly heavy. The milk glass globes are perfect; there are no scratches or blemishes anywhere to be found - and I checked thoroughly! The brass is not too yell, not too shiny. I just love these types of lights. I am transitioning my home to a more vintage modern look. So changing to these vintage looking lights helps me get there. I now have several globe lights. We think we will put this one in our upstairs landing. When we finish, I will add more pics, but for now, I wanted to show how it looks assembled and to check out the quality of the product. This is definitely a wise choice. Putting it all together was super easy, but the globe assembly took us a minute to figure out. We unscrewed the little collar piece on the rod just enough so the white collar underneath loosened from the brass plate. The we screwed the globe under the white collar and it was secure. These directions seem confusing, but when you are doing it, trust me, it's simple and kind of genius. No visible screws, just a nice, clean, modern look. Hands down, a must buy if this is your style. I cannot wait to install it.
Easy to install. Great bedroom light
If you're updating your mid century modern style home, or just want a funky, cool light to add to your modern home, I highly recommend this product! The globes arrived intact as they were very carefully packaged. The color of the metal portion is truly brass, not bright and adds to the fixture's great style. I believe this is a good value for such a unique, stylish light fixture!
I am pretty impressed with this light. It was very easy to install… not taking too long at all. Make sure to get the correct light bulbs that fit into the glass bulb! It clearly states which ones will work, which I really appreciate. There are some imperfections on the gold part, where it just looks ever so slightly discolored…. But that’s only visible when looking really close, and since it’s on the ceiling, it’s not noticeable at all once it’s installed. Anyhow, it’s very pretty… a great modern addition to the home! I was impressed that it didn’t look too bulky, but provides way more light than our previous boob light did. It’s a great way to update the lighting in my homes, in a modern and trendy way. I love it and am happy with its functionality and appearance!
