Beautiful and priced well
We used this light as a ceiling fixture in our bedroom. It looks very nice and was easy to install with a recess lighting converter kit from the hardware store. However, we used the recommended G LED bulb but it tended to fall out of the socket as the globe cover was screwed into the base. We had to screw it extremely slowly and carefully to finally get it to stay connected. If we were installing this on a wall and not upside down from the ceiling, perhaps it would be easier. I would recommend this for the look and price point, but be careful- you may have to watch that lightbulb placement as you screw on the globe.

I've installed this light in my hallway above some stairs. With the recommended bulb, it is bright, yet not a "spotlight". There's a nice, soft light emanating in all directions.
