I bought this ceiling light to replace the ceiling light in the aisle. Although both have a simple appearance style, the appearance design of this lamp is obviously better than the previous lamps. Also using two E26 bulbs, its milk glass shade makes the light softer and gives people a very comfortable feeling. Because the structure is similar, I used the ceiling fixture of the original lamp, so the installation is very simple. It's relatively easy to install, with one notable exception: attaching the milk-glass section to the base, which is the final step of installation. The milk-glass section attaches to the base with three screws using small nuts that you secure by hand (see my photo). There isn't a lot of room between the nut and the ceiling, so it's a rather delicate task that requires concentration and manual dexterity -- using one hand to turn the nut and gently get it started, while the other hand balances the milk-glass section. I just hope the LED bulbs last a *long* time, because you'll need to remove and replace the milk-glass section each time you change the bulbs. Is the TEENYO fixture worth this minor annoyance? Absolutely! The fixture itself is metal, and the glass shade is quite thick. It's solid and well-made. I wouldn't call the style "farmhouse." For us, it's more of a modern, industrial chic design, which works well in our house. And we really like how the milk-glass shade filters the light to cast a kind of cozy illumination. If we ever need another flush-mount ceiling fixture in this style, the TEENYO light would be at the top of our list. This is a high-quality product that deserves a 5-star rating.

I've recently been doing upgrades in my house and this was one of the more easier things I've installed on my own. I have this in my entry and it works perfectly. The light I have inside gives off a really nice glow so when anyone comes and visits, they're not entering into a dark space. The light itself really does have a modern look to it and is not cheap looking at all. I've seen similar light fixtures that look just like this one in local stores and they are way more than this one. This is super easy to clean because all I use is either a duster or if I want a more thorough cleaning I just take a rag with some glass cleaner and done. Even with the glass cleaner, it doesn't take the paint off which is nice!
