Returns and exchanges are easy. Your satisfaction is Claxy’s number one priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days upon receipt of the product and buyers are responsible for the return postage. Returns outside of our 30 days will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to your account (minus return shipping for expedited orders) once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse. Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise after we checked the condition of the return item(s). Extra expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Requirements for a successful return:
- Item(s) must be in resalable condition.
- Item(s) must be free from scratches and/or defects.
- Item(s) must not have been installedor modified.
- Item(s) must not be missing pieces.
- Item(s) must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Item(s) must be packed in original packaging with all parts and components.
- Open Box items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
- In new condition with no damage or cut wires.
- Item(s) must not have any writing on the original packaging.
- Special order products or items that have been customized, converted or installed are not returnable.
- Item(s) must not have any contact with water.
Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee. Credits will be issued using your original payment method, please allow up to 30 days for return and refund.
To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:
- Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed.
- Incorrect item was received.
What should I do if I received defective or damaged product?
Claxy takes great care to ensure we provide quality products that are packaged to reach you safely. Please inspect each item of the product carefully upon arrival. If you do receive damaged or defective item(s), please contact our customer service team and tell them about your reason for return to ensure your return is processed without delays. You may initiate a return for defective item(s) within 30 days upon receipt of the item(s) for a full refund if you do not want a replacement. We will provide a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping label after we confirm your defective return. Once a return has been set up and returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be issued to your account.
Where can I buy the parts if I broke them?
Usually we do not sell light accessories or shade separately, but if you bought the light fixture from us, please contact us with the order information, we can sell them to you.
