      A The bulbs in the images are E26 based bulbs, ST58. If you do not want to unscrew the screws when change bulbs, please choose T10-128.

      A It can, yes (60w), but it's intended design was to accommodate the Edison bulbs. Using regular 60w bulbs in this fixture, in my opinion, wouldn't have the same esthetic appeal & wouldn't look right.
