Very happy with this light fixture. It is very modern and attractive. It was also easy to mount. I wish I had read the earlier review about the fixture being shockingly bright. I bought 60w light bulbs and it’s way too bright for the bedroom. It even makes the room warmer when left on for more than 10 min or so. I will be replacing with 40w light bulbs even. All in alll…the light is great but you may want to go with a lower wattage light bulb.

It’s more just black or dark dark brown than good oil rubbed brown. But for me, I was going more for dark or black to match my other room with a 10 spoke black light fixture, so it works for me. But it’s metal, sturdy, everything looks in order, nothing damaged or out of place. Looks great. Every light worked.Just pull it out of the box. Install the mounting bracket. Wire it up. Attach the light to the mount. There 2 sets of screws. I used the longer, but needed to use the shorter, so I can’t even put the caps on, will need to fix later. Make sure you figure that out.

We have a very awkwardly shaped media room and finding the correct lighting has been an almost 3 year endeavor, until now…. This light is something I would have bought from a higher end store but without the higher price tag. It gives our room a more modern feel and sprays the entire floor with light. Will be getting another to replace the other fixture in the same room. Reason for 4 stars is that it came with a chip in the dark stain and also my husband had a difficult time installing, and hes pretty handy.

I bought two. We have been renovating an old home and opened up the living dining area. Perfect if your ceiling are not that high. These lights with Edison bulbs have gotten rave reviews from my friends and neighbors. You HAVE to get the Edison bulbs, they make the look complete.

This fixture is amazing! Arrived on time and was packaged perfectly and arrived in perfect condition! I used it in my foyer/entry wall and it’s perfect! I used glass globe bulbs to give it a true modern feel. Light is very bright so it my be best to install a dimmer.
