The Moravian star glass shade of the flush mount ceiling light is exquisitely hand-welded and pairs nicely with the black edges featuring copper alloy covering. Being dressed in a semigloss black finish, it offers a touch of vintage-inspired charm to your interior.
The clear glass shade is crafted from impurity-free hand-blown clear glass, making it a dramatic addition to your home. A hinged access door can be opened for bulb replacement. It incorporates both exotic and mysterious element and injects a dash of industrial flair and boho chic to your space.
It goes well in kitchen, bathroom, dining room, bedroom, entryway, hallway, foyer and stairwell. Compatible with one 60-watt E26-based bulb (NOT included). Fully dimmable with compatible dimmer switch and a dimmable bulb.
It emanates soft pool of light throughout your space, creating a welcoming atmosphere in your home. ETL listed for dry locations. A hardwired connection is applicable to the ceiling light.

A It’s a bulb you can get at any Menards or Home Depot. It’s about $4. Nothing special. I had no problem finding mine. About 4” long and recpitcal is the same as any.

A I don't see why not. However it is not rated for outdoor use and it only takes a 40 watt bulb.

Of all the 6 lamps we have installed recently this one is our favorite (12″ star). We had no problems putting it up and could easily install an Edison LED globe. Perfect for our front hall, casts a great light with cool shadows. Very well made and a beautiful design.

This is a lovely fixture. Very well made. We had a more expensive version that broke when we replaced the light bulb and I found this one on amazon and was amazed at price. We were pleasantly pleased that it’s actually much better looking, sturdier, and the darker color is beautiful.

First of all, this light is really pretty, with a filament bulb it looks great. I’m probably going to add a second one to match. My wife loves it and now that it’s installed I’m happy with it as well. Now on to the criticisms…I just installed this light yesterday and I concur with other reviews, mounting this thing was pretty tricky. The mounting bracket is not well-designed. I contemplated hacking my own bracket together, but was eventually able to get this to mount close enough to flush that I was satisfied. It seems strange to me that the people who manufacture this light clearly haven’t tried to actually install it. I’m sure the bracket costs pennies, they should really include something that’s easier to work with. I’ve installed quite a few light fixtures and this was certainly the worst. I’m going to do some skim-coating/painting in that room and will have to remove the fixture. I’ll really hope I can find a different bracket when I go rehang the light.Also, the light opening is extremely small. I bought a globe-shaped LED filament bulb to go in this fixture and it I really took a chance forcing it through that tiny opening, I was sure the thin glass of the bulb would break. Then getting the light screwed in with one hand in that tiny hole was pretty difficult. I sure hope that LED lasts for 15 years…On a related note, during the install process I dropped the entire light fixture but managed to break its fall with my foot (ouch). I was shocked that the light didn’t end up in a million pieces, it seems really fragile. So I guess it this light is tougher than it looks. My toe will eventually heal, thank god the light wasn’t destroyed or even damaged.So, three stars off for the crappy mounting bracket and tiny opening. One bonus star for how nice it looks.
